The KC Royals position players are officially in camp.. What better way to celebrate than by reliving the best plays of the 2015 regular season.

The pitchers and catchers have been at camp since the 18th of the month and yesterday the position players were schedule to report. Most of them were already there, but now it’s official.

The whole team is together again and that sparkling defensive unit will prepare for another season of Royals’ baseball. If it’s anything like last season, it’s going to be an exciting and wild ride.

There is a whole new definition that comes to mind when Royals’ baseball is mentioned these days. The phrase Royals’ baseball used to be synonymous with failure, despair, and an eye towards the future. Now that phrase brings to mind words and phrases like ‘relentless,  ‘speedy’, and unbelievable.

Unbelievable is probably not the proper word to describe this team anymore. They’ve now appeared in two straight World Series appearances and apparently have forgotten that teams trailing late in the game are supposed to lose. They’ve done everything to prove that what they are doing is very believable.

Where the word ‘unbelievable’ continues to be appropriate for this team, is the nearly daily display of defense they run onto the field. The Royals dazzled everyone with their defensive plays last season.

This should be a fun way to relive some of that magic and maybe get the adrenaline pumping a little in anticipation of what lies ahead in Royals’ web gems.

Alright, that’s enough rambling about how good the Royals’ defense is. Let’s get right down to the wall-shaking, grass-stain inducing, jaw-dropping plays of the 2015 regular season.
