The Kansas City Royals pitchers may not have to bat when they face the American League, but they miss out on getting to express themselves musically. What if, however, the pitchers got their own walk out music?

Pitchers in the American League don’t have to bat except in interleague play at the National League’s parks. The one main con with this for the players is that they don’t get to select walk-up music when they bat since they don’t bat.

What if Kauffman Stadium decided to play a walk-out song for each pitcher as he ran out of the bullpen to either start a game or come in as a reliever? What songs would best represent those pitchers?

KC Kingdom has those answers for you! This article was a collaboration effort between editors Scott Dillon and Leigh Oleszczak, as well as staff members Greg Florkowski and Mark Kanter.

The songs chosen were songs that fit the theme of what each player brings to the team. They can be serious, funny, or maybe even a little worrisome.

We hope you enjoy this list and feel free to suggest your own song choices in the comment section below!
