KC Chiefs: Five Keys To Reaching Super Bowl 51

The KC Chiefs are close to contending. Will they take the necessary steps to put them over the edge?
The KC Chiefs have done a lot in the last season to build themselves up. They should have confidence in themselves to win.
They no longer have the playoff drought monkey on their back and can focus simply on improving their weaknesses. Hopefully, there will be a changing of the guard in the AFC West.
The Broncos have 25 free agents and not very much cap room to work with. The Raiders are getting there but may be a couple of drafts away from contending.
The Chiefs have a real shot at not only winning the AFC West, but at competing for a Super Bowl title. No one wanted to play the Chiefs at the end of the season. That speaks volumes for a team that started one and five.
If the Chiefs can make a few minor adjustments they should be in excellent position to start the season. They’ve overcome some big hurdles in the past few months but should come out stronger as a result.
