Number One Possible Destination: Philadelphia Eagles

Doug Pederson, the former KC Chiefs offensive coordinator, took his talents to Philly and he’s going to be the head coach there. No one could blame Pederson for taking the job, but will he now take Chase Daniel with him to the City of Brotherly Love?

It makes sense, doesn’t it?

Chip Kelly is out in Philly, and Daniel wouldn’t have worked well in his fast-pace offense. Now, however, Pederson is heading to Philadelphia and has worked with Daniel for three years in Kansas City.

Also, the Eagles might be in need of a quarterback, as it’s not confirmed that Sam Bradford will be back yet. Even if Bradford does return, it’s Sam Bradford. He gets injured frequently and it would be in Philadelphia’s best interest to have a solid backup should that happen.

The decision for Chase Daniel to sign with the Eagles makes the most sense. His former offensive coordinator is there. The team needs a quarterback. It seems like a match made in heaven, no?

As much as I would have liked to have put Kansas City for the number one destination for Chase, it isn’t going to happen, Chiefs fans.
