KC Chiefs: Good, Bad, Ugly VS Patriots In AFC Divisional Round
The KC Chiefs’ 2015 season is over after a 27-20 loss to the New England Patriots on Saturday evening. With that loss, the winning streak also ended at 11 games straight.
It was a season to remember for Kansas City Chiefs fans, but unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. While this game wasn’t exactly a great ending to the Chiefs’ season, there’s a lot to be proud of when it comes to how this team performed in 2015.
For starters, falling to 1-5 and somehow making it to the playoffs is absolutely unheard of. Somehow though, the Chiefs were able to rally and win ten straight games to clinch a playoff berth.
They then went on to win their first playoff game since the 1993 season, which meant a lot to this fan base. We had been waiting a long time for a postseason victory from our Chiefs and we finally got it in the 2015 season.
While this was a fun season for Chiefs fans, this game was not the most enjoyable to say the least. The score honestly looks a lot more polite for the Chiefs than this game really was.
The Chiefs never really challenged the Patriots in this one and it led to their demise, their exit from postseason play, and the end of their season.
Let’s take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly from the AFC Divisional match-up against the Patriots.
