The KC Chiefs continued their winning ways on Sunday when they defeated the Buffalo Bills by a score of 30-22.
The Kansas City Chiefs now sit at 6-5 on the year and are currently riding a five game winning streak. They currently sit at number five in the playoff standings and are living the good life at the moment.
Kansas City squared off against Buffalo for the eighth consecutive year, and it’s almost like the Bills have become another division rival. The Bills always put up a good fight against the Chiefs, and this year was no different.
The Bills took an early 10-0 lead in this one, but the Chiefs battled back within two by the end of the first half. From then on, it was Kansas City’s game to lose, as they scored on six of their final eight possessions (one resulted in a 54 yard missed field goal and the other was the last possession of the game where they ran out the clock).
It was an impressive outing for the Kansas City Chiefs, and just shows that this team is who we thought they were heading into the season. After a disappointing start to the season, these guys have battled back and are now the fifth seed in the playoff standings.
With yet another win under the Chiefs’ belt, let’s take a look at what was good, what was bad, and what was ugly. With any victory, there will be multiple things that were good, so I will list more than just one.
Let’s do this thing!
