Fantasy Football 2015: Week 11 Waiver Wire Pickups

Tony Romo is returning to the Dallas Cowboys’ lineup for the first time since Week 2 where he suffered a collarbone injury against the Eagles. The Cowboys have gone 0-7 in his absence, so head coach Jason Garrett and company are grateful to get him back.
While it may be too late for Romo and his team to make the playoffs this season, that doesn’t mean that he can’t help you make your fantasy playoffs. He has been a consistent fantasy stud at quarterback over the last three or so seasons and is normally ranked in the top seven or eight.
His top target Dez Bryant is also back from injury (he has been for a couple of weeks), which should have his offense at full strength. With him chomping at the bit to get back on the field, I see him being a great option from here on out in fantasy football barring any injury.
The Carolina Panthers and the New York Jets are the only two teams that could be considered difficult on the Cowboys’ remaining schedule, but even for those games the old Romo would be considered a pretty good starter, so I think this rested-up Romo should be considered one too.
If he is available in your league, pick him up before he has a great game, not after. Not every league will decide to pick him up, so if you are in one of those leagues, be the guy/girl to take a chance on him.
