Kansas State Football: Good, Bad, Ugly VS Texas Tech

The Good: The schedule the rest of the season
Okay, so this might be a cop out, but hey, give me a break!
Kansas State hasn’t won a game in conference play all season long. That should definitely change in the coming weeks, as the Wildcats will get two opponents that they SHOULD be able to beat. This is huge because KSU needs to win out the rest of the season in order to make it to a bowl game.
Next Saturday, the Wildcats will host the Iowa State Cyclones, who are not good. The difference between the two teams though is the fact that Iowa State has won games in the conference, and almost upset the ranked Oklahoma State on Saturday.
The following week, K-State will travel to Lawrence to face off with the (currently) winless Kansas Jayhawks. If there’s any team that’s performed worse in the Big 12 this season, it’s definitely Kansas. If Kansas State loses to KU, then… Well, let’s not go there.
Lastly, the Wildcats will close out the season by hosting the West Virginia Mountaineers. West Virginia is a decent team, but if the Wildcats can win their next two games, they’ll have all the momentum in the world heading into the final week of the season.
Hopefully knowing that things get easier will allow the Wildcats to perform better. They’ve faced some tough opponents the past few weeks, but they should be able to get a win or two in the final few weeks.
Next: What was bad?
