Week 7 of the 2015 NFL season is here, and that means it is time to take a look at those fantasy football lineups.

This is my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em article where I try to help you make some tough lineup decisions, whether that means starting players that normally doesn’t start for your team, or benching a player that is normally in your starting lineup.

Here is my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em picks from LAST week, to get to Week 7’s start/sit picks, go to the next slide of this slideshow.

Last Week’s Start ‘Em

30. . RB. New York Jets. Brandon Marshall. 5. player

Marshall continued his successful first season in New York in Week 6, gaining over 100 yards receiving and a touchdown on seven catches.

He ended with 15 fantasy points in standard-scoring leagues and had pretty much cemented himself as a must-start fantasy option for the majority of the remainder of the season.

He and quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick have been on the same page all season long, and I don’t see why that won’t continue in the coming weeks. At least until Geno Smith recovers from his fractured jaw.

Andy Dalton. 4. player. 56. . RB. Cincinnati Bengals

Andy Dalton and the Bengals offense had another tough defensive matchup going up against Rex Ryan’s Buffalo Bills but again continued to show that the matchup doesn’t matter to this excelling offense.

Dalton threw for 243 yards and three touchdowns while throwing no interceptions in another quite impressive performance.

Dalton seems to have finally found his stride in the NFL with one of the best offenses in the league at his disposal with versatile weapons and depth at every position.

Hopefully, you started him in Week 6 and will continue to do so for the majority of this season barring any injury to himself or one of his better receiving options (A.J. Green).

. TE. Chicago Bears. Martellus Bennett. 3. player. 57

Bennett had a lot going for him heading into his matchup in Week 6 with the, at the time winless, Detroit Lions.

The Lions defense has struggled for most of the season and considering all of the injuries to the Bears wide receivers; I thought Bennett was a shoe-in for a solid performance in Week 6.

He ended the game with just 59 yards with six receptions and was held out of the endzone again for the second consecutive game.

Last Week’s Sit ‘Em

2. player. 55. . WR. Pittsburgh Steelers. Antonio Brown

Antonio Brown has just been awful ever since the Steelers starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger went down with an injury about three weeks ago.

With Big Ben in the lineup, Brown has yet to score less than double digits in 2015. Without Big Ben in the lineup has been a different story. He has yet to record over 5 points in a single game with Mike Vick at the helm.

Once Roethlisberger is back, Brown should go back to being one of the best receivers in the league and his fantasy production should spike once again.

36. . QB. Seattle Seahawks. Russell Wilson. 1. player

Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks matched up with the tough Carolina Panthers defense last week. The Panthers defense has been good all year and added back the previously injured Luke Keuchly to the lineup for the first time in a couple of weeks in Week 6.

Wilson ended the game scoring 20 points in 6-point passing touchdown fantasy leagues, a pretty average score for a starting quarterback.

If you played him, you’re probably not too upset about it, but you could have found some more points on the waiver wire in most leagues.
