Kansas State football did not have a good outing on Saturday in Manhattan. The team was shut out for the first time since 1996 in an embarrassing 55-0 defeat to the Oklahoma Sooners.

Boy was this one ugly?

One week after the Kansas State Wildcats nearly pulled an upset over the second ranked TCU Horned Frogs, K-State looked flat and put a goose egg on the scoreboard.

Kansas State looked helpless in this game. They were shut out at home and couldn’t get anything done on either side of the ball. This was the worst home shutout loss for the Wildcats, according to Jon Morse of Bring on the Cats, and it’s hard to disagree with him. It was not pretty for K-State against the Sooners.

The Wildcats allowed Oklahoma to put up 565 yards on offense and absolutely forced the Wildcat defense all day long. It was 35-0 in favor of the Sooners at half time.

Nothing good came out of this game. Nothing.

With that said, let’s take a look at an ugly report card for the Kansas State Wildcats against the Oklahoma Sooners.
