Start ‘Em #3

James Jones has been the waiver-wire pickup so far this fantasy season in my opinion, as he was brought back to Green Bay after a few seasons in Oakland with the injury to Jordy Nelson in the preseason.

Jones has yet to have a bad week, and I don’t see it happening in Week 4 against the awful San Francisco 49ers pass defense.

Just three seasons ago, Jones was quarterback Aaron Rodgers‘ #1 wide receiver and was a very solid fantasy option. Jones was eventually let go due to the big price tag that came with him in free agency, but, lo and behold, he’s found his way back into fantasy football good graces.

Now in the Packers offense, it’s like he hasn’t missed a beat, and, along with Randall Cobb, he’s Rodgers’ top target in one of the most lethal offenses in the NFL.

Jones has yet to have a bad week, and I don’t see it happening in Week 4 against the awful San Francisco 49ers pass defense. I see at least one more touchdown to add to his total.

Consider Jones a solid #2 fantasy wide-out for Week 4 and likely for most of the rest of the season.
