The KC Chiefs 38-28 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Monday night was not just one giant negative experience.
That’s right, Kansas City Chiefs fans.
While some of Monday’s game was a clinic on head-scratching football, you’ve likely read all there is to read about what the Chiefs didn’t do, so now it’s time to look at they did do well.
It’s not easy to find the silver lining, but the Chiefs are 1-2 after three games. They lost a key component in cornerback Phillip Gaines (sprained knee), but they’re otherwise healthy heading into Week 4.
The Chiefs travel to Cincinnati to play the Bengals on Sunday in a game that will likely have a much different feel than Monday night. Two run-heavy offenses, potent front-sevens and no quarterbacks who routinely through four touchdowns in a game.
