  • It seemed like literally every special teams play that involved Kansas City getting the ball back consisted of a flag being thrown. Every time this happened, the Chiefs were put back far into their own territory, and that’s a huge reason why the offense couldn’t do anything.

    It sucks too, because special teams were the winners of the game last week. They played great! This week I was just accustomed to watching a flag get thrown on every special teams play that when it didn’t happen, I was shocked.

    Overall, the Chiefs had nine penalties and I felt like at least six of those were on special teams.

    Not a good night for Dave Toub’s crew.
