49. . Wide Receiver. Green Bay Packers. Davante Adams. 1. player

Davante Adams had a promising rookie campaign in 2014, and now will get to follow up with the Green Bay Packers in 2015. Adams was already my top fantasy football deep sleeper for 2015, but now with Jordy Nelson being out for the season, Adams’ stock is through the roof.

Not many people knew who Adams was until Nelson went out, which is why he’s the perfect deep sleeper. He caught three touchdowns with the Packers in 2014, but he was going to be at the top of my list due to the potential he showed as a rookie and the fact that he has Aaron Rodgers as his quarterback.

Rodgers targeted Adams frequently in year one, and don’t expect that to change in year two. With Nelson out for the year, Rodgers will look Adams’ way quite a bit and the result on your end should you draft Adams will be fantasy points galore.

Davante Adams went from a late round fantasy pick to likely a middle round guy. If he’s the best available whenever you’re up to draft, take him. You won’t regret it. Adams could be the difference maker in your team winning or losing a game.
