FANTASY FOOTBALL ROOKIES FOR 2015: NUMBER FIVE – TYLER LOCKETT

Tyler Lockett has had an impressive camp with Seattle and has made some waves among the receiving corps. Currently listed as a second-string receiver, Lockett has the potential to be a key component to Seattle’s offense.

Russell Wilson is still Russell Wilson, which means the receivers will be catching plenty this season. Lockett was impressive against Kansas City on Friday night, as he caught three passes for 42 yards playing with the first-string offense.

Head Coach Pete Carrol had great things to say about the rookie from Kansas State following the game.

"“He’s so comfortable and natural doing stuff,” Seattle head coach Pete Carroll said after the game. “We played him in the three-receiver group tonight and made him with the starters in that regard and he fit with Doug [Baldwin] and [Jermaine] Kearse really nice."

“He continues to be a really impressive kid. I can’t wait to just keep fitting him in. There’s nothing holding him back.”

If you want to make a splash in your league, look at drafting Lockett in one of the early rounds, as he should become a viable starter.
