FANTASY FOOTBALL ROOKIES FOR 2015: NUMBER SVEN – PHILLIP DORSETT

Phillip Dorsett is currently listed as a second string wide receiver behind T.Y. Hilton on the high-powered Colts offense. Having a quarterback like Andrew Luck is certainly going to boost your stock as a wide receiver, and that’s why Dorsett makes the list.

He was selected 29th overall by the Colts in the first round of the draft, and attended the University of Miami, Florida. He finished his college career with 121 receptions for 2,132 yards and 17 touchdowns, and should fit in well with this Colts offense.

While Dorsett may not be able to overtake Hilton or Andre Johnson for a starting spot, he will still be very useful to Andrew Luck. Expect him to see quite a bit of playing time year. His speed and ability to make big plays could definitely work in his advantage, and should you draft him, will work in your advantage as well.

Dorsett would make a great mid-round pick if you’re in need of a backup, or want to make a stretch for a rookie starter.
