FANTASY FOOTBALL ROOKIES FOR 2015: NUMBER NINE – CHRIS CONLEY

Chris Conley hasn’t seen much action during the preseason thanks to a knee strain suffered on July 29, but both the fans and coaches are excited to see what he can do in Andy Reid’s offense.

Conley returned to action against the Seahawks last Friday, but only in limited facets. While he didn’t have any receptions, he did get some work in with the special teams, which was promising.

With two games left in the preseason, expect the Chiefs to work Conley into the offense more frequently moving forward. They liked what they saw from him before he went down with the injury, and he has the potential to move up the depth chart.

As of now, Conley is not slated to start for the Chiefs. Albert Wilson will get the number two spot behind Jeremy Maclin, but there is a strong chance Conley could see some starting time this year should he play well or if Wilson struggles as a starter.

Conley could be a mid to late round draft if he can move up the Chiefs’ depth chart by the end of preseason.
