Kansas City to Denver is ONLY an eight hour drive so if you have 16 total hours to spare (round trip obviously) then I recommend you book your tickets to see the Chiefs in Denver because this one is going to be insane.
The Denver Broncos are the team to beat in the AFC West until proven otherwise. They’ve absolutely owned the division since Sheriff Peyton Manning rolled into town in 2012, only losing one game in the division (to the Chargers in 2013).
This should be the year that the Chiefs can finally knock off the Broncos. Obviously the better match up will be the home game this year (so yeah, spoiler alert on that one), but Denver at home will be a fun one for Chiefs fans because it’s late in the season and will have playoff implications for both teams more than likely.
If the KC Chiefs win the first match-up in week two, look for this game to be even bigger because if Kansas City wins this one, they’ll likely win the division (knock on wood). I imagine the Chiefs will take at least one of two from Denver, but would obviously love to see them take both games from the Donkeys.
The Broncos are tough to beat at home, but this is the year for the Kansas City Chiefs to do it.
