The KC Chiefs kicked off the 2015 season on Saturday when they traveled to Arizona in their preseason opener.

With three preseason games left, there is still plenty of time to get your tickets for the 2015 season, which begins for the Kansas City Chiefs on September 13th on the road in Houston.

The Chiefs have a fun schedule this year and I thought it’d be fun to take a look at the five best games to attend (home or away) in 2015. We all know Arrowhead Stadium is a great home field advantage for our Chiefs, but with them only hosting seven games there this season (stupid London), I thought I would include away games on this list too. Otherwise I’m really just taking the two worst home games off the list and calling it a day.

What I’m taking into consideration with each of these games is:

  • The opponent – Are they good or bad? Will the Chiefs stand a chance against them or blow them out?
  • Time of year – If it’s a December game at Arrowhead, it is going to be damn cold. That will factor in here.
  • Location – If it’s an away game, how far of a drive would it be? You likely won’t see any Chargers or Raiders away games on here.
  • What’s going on? – I know that Kansas City loves its football, but you can’t deny that baseball fever has spread with our beloved Kansas City Royals. Royals’ games (especially playoff games) may play a factor in attending games.

Let’s start the fun!
