When it was noted earlier that KC Royals Fever is high, it was because of the ’14 KC Royals.
The team captured the attention of the city last fall and hasn’t slowed down since.
But they have a tough test against the ’66 Chiefs that, despite losing, played in the first Super Bowl.
Both of these teams advanced to the ultimate competition in their respective sports, only to fall short of the title.
