I kind of regret writing this post now because having to say Brady Quinn is the best of the worst is making me cry inside. Brady Quinn is not a good quarterback. Not in the least bit.

The team went through something no team should ever have to go through and Quinn did the best he could in a horrible, horrible situation.

Quinn signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2012 off season and I was not too pleased about it when the signing took place. I’m guessing the Chiefs didn’t anticipate the disaster that was the 2012 season or they likely would have tried to sign someone better.

Basically, 2012 was every fan’s worst nightmare. The Chiefs were absolutely atrocious and were the laughing stock of the league. Quinn came in when Matt Cassel suffered a concussion against the Baltimore Ravens, which was the infamous Eric Winston rant game after Chiefs fans cheered Cassel getting injured.

Quinn was named the starter after that game due to Cassel sucking and played in 10 games total during his days in Kansas City. Quinn only managed to win one game in eight starts and just looked… awful. He threw two touchdown passes and eight interceptions during that span.

I will say that the one game Quinn was able to win was an incredible game for him. He went 19 of 23 for 201 yards and threw two touchdowns (his only touchdown passes that season) in an emotional 27-21 win, a day after one of the toughest days in Kansas City Chiefs history.

The reason Quinn comes in at the bottom spot on this list is due to the fact that 2012 was a bad season all together. The team went through something no team should ever have to go through and Quinn did the best he could in a horrible, horrible situation.

Brady Quinn hasn’t been on a regular season roster since 2013 when he was with the St. Louis Rams and is considered one of the biggest busts in NFL history.
