With the recent release of Anthony Fasano, the Kansas City Chiefs need another tight end to play behind Travis Kelce. Yes, Kelce is on the up and up in the NFL for sure, but the other tight ends on the roster are not. As of now, Kansas City has Richard Gordon and Demetrius Harris on the tight end roster, and neither have been impressive.

While some seem to be worried about Bell’s transition to a tight end, just consider that he’d be learning from one of the best in the league in Travis Kelce.

Blake Bell would be a great tight end prospect for the Chiefs to look at because we all know how much Andy Reid loves using a two tight end set on the offense. Bell originally played quarterback for the Sooners, but was converted to a tight end for his final year at Oklahoma.

"A newly converted tight end who was a short-yardage specialist and red-zone brute for the Sooners as a quarterback. Bell was looked over by scouting community during the regular season, but he has flashed sure hands and shown improvement as a blocker and could have an NFL future if a team is willing to be patient with him. – NFL.com"
