One of the fastest guys available in the 2015 NFL Draft, Phillip Dorsett would be a great second round pick-up for the KC Chiefs. Clocking in at 4.33 in the 40-yard dash, Dorsett and De’Anthony could become quite the speedy duo in Kansas City.

I think Dorsett has the capabilities of becoming a big time receiver in the pros, and I’d love to see him do that as a Chief.

Lance Zierlein compares Dorsett to John Brown of the Arizona Cardinals, whom I’m a big fan of due to him stemming from a Division II school. Dorsett could bring a lot of explosiveness to Kansas City and would be able to get open quickly for Alex Smith.

"Dorsett is an ascending prospect who has averaged more than 25 yards per catch since 2012. He can challenge teams vertically inside or outside and he has home-run potential after the catch as a slot receiver. With smaller wide receivers like T.Y. Hilton and Antonio Brown proving that small and fast can win in the NFL, Dorsett should be coveted by more than one team and has the potential to turn into a star in the NFL. – NFL.com"

I think Dorsett has the capabilities of becoming a big time receiver in the pros, and I’d love to see him do that as a Chief. One of the cons about Dorsett is that he had a partial tear to his MCL in 2013, but seemed to bounce back just fine in 2014.

Overall, it’d be great to add this speedy guy to the Chiefs’ wide receiving corps.
