Round 3, Pick 34

The KC Chiefs will once again try to bolster their depleted offensive line. After drafting guard A.J. Cann in the second round I continued to look for players that could help the Chiefs offensive line, and that is where Reese Dismukes comes into play.

The KC Chiefs let their best offensive lineman in center Rodney Hudson join the AFC West division rival Oakland Raiders in free agency this off-season, and Eric Kush is currently next in line for the starting center job, but the Chiefs need to bring in competition.

Dismukes is another four year starter in college that doesn’t lack experience. He is good in space, and is more than capable of pulling in a zone blocking scheme.

Dismukes is rated as the third best center in the draft, and the 96th overall prospect according to CBS Sports so he is could be available when the Chiefs are up with their first compensatory selection.
