Green and the Bengals are going up against a stingy Denver Broncos passing defense, and I think that the Bengals production will suffer this week.
In such a big week, it is hard to bench your best players and the players that got you to where you are, but this is a terrible matchup for Green’s quarterback.
Andy Dalton normally doesn’t play well in big game situations such as this one, as playoff seeding is on the line. I see Andy Dalton struggling to get over 150 yards this week, and I predict that the Broncos and John Fox will double Green for most of the game.
In such a big week, it is hard to bench your best players and the players that got you to where you are, but this is a terrible matchup for Green’s quarterback, so if the quarterback struggles, all his receivers will have lackluster performances.
It’ll be hard, but try to bench Green this week, I don’t think you will regret it.
Consider him a good flex option, but there may be some big-ceiling options out there this week.
