Week 13 of the 2014 NFL season is here, and that means it is time to take a look at those fantasy football lineups. This is my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em article where I try to help you make some tough lineup decisions, whether that means starting a players that normally doesn’t start for your team, or benching a player that is normally in your starting lineup.

Here are my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em picks from LAST week (some people in an earlier week’s article commented and told me that I was suggesting to start players that were on their bye week. This is obviously untrue. This first page of my article is simply going over my picks from last weeks article and analyzing how I did with my picks. To get to Week 13’s start/sit picks just go to the next slide of the article).

Last Week’s Start ‘Em

53. . WR. Cleveland Browns. Josh Gordon. 5. player

Josh Gordon is a stud. It’s that simple. After missing the NFL’s first 11 weeks, he returns to action with the Browns and does what? Only catches 8 passes (and got targeted SIXTEEN times by the way) for 120 yards and 12 fantasy points in non-PPR leagues. This guy is now and will be for the rest of the season a must-start for fantasy owners in all leagues. If you had him on your roster waiting for this week, congratulations and here is your cookie.

46. . RB. Indianapolis Colts. Trent Richardson. 4. player

Trent Richardson had a decent game in Week 12, but I think fantasy owners expected more. With Ahmad Bradshaw done for the season with injury, Richardson was supposed to become the bell-cow and immediate fantasy stud. Instead reserve running back Dan Herron came onto the scene and stole 17 touches from Richardson and overall had more touches. Richardson ended with 10 fantasy points, but I don’t think the Colts will use him in the manor that I initially thought they would without Bradshaw. Keep an eye out for Herron though on waivers if he’s still available in your leagues.

45. . RB. Denver Broncos. C.J. Anderson. 3. player

C.J. Anderson had a great game against a pretty solid Miami Dolphins defense. As the Broncos struggled, Anderson got more and more looks from Peyton Manning and he ended up with a whopping 31 touches. He ended with 24 points in standard fantasy leagues as he got into the endzone and added over 190 yards from scrimmage.

Last Week’s Sit ‘Em

This was a bad call on my part. Morris was magnificent against a great San Francisco run defense and got up over 130 yards. While RGIII struggled, coach Jay Gruden and the Redskins offense leaned on Alfred Morris and he succeeded big time. My bad on this one.

59. . WR. Miami Dolphins. Mike Wallace. 1. player

Wallace had a very mediocre game Sunday, but got lucky enough to get into the endzone. Even with the score, Wallace got to just 9 fantasy points, which is good, but when a player scores, it is almost a given that they will have at least double-digit fantasy points.
