Start ‘Em #3
Mike Evans may be the headliner of one of the best rookie wide receiver classes in the history of the NFL. He was the second wideout taken after only Sammy Watkins drafted by Buffalo.
Evans has played his way into a quality fantasy receiver that owners shouldn’t hesitate to play as a flex option or even a #2 WR when the matchup is right. This week, the matchup may be right.
In fantasy football, Evans started very slow and probably played his way to the wavier wire in most leagues, but has now came on very strong as of late. In his last five games, he has broken 11 fantasy points in all but one of those games and has scored four touchdowns (has five total on the season).

The Bucs go up against the Washington Redskins, who rank 18th in terms of fantasy points allowed to receivers. I see the rookie being able to keep his hot streak going and get into the endzone at least once in Week 11.
Consider him a strong flex play this week.
