Week 7 of the 2014 NFL season is here, and that means it is time to take a look at those fantasy football lineups. This is my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em article where I try to help you make some tough lineup decisions, whether that means starting a players that normally doesn’t start for your team, or benching a player that is normally in your starting lineup.

Here are my Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em picks from LAST week (some people in last week’s article commented and told me that I was suggesting to start players that were on their bye week. This is obviously untrue. This first page of my article is simply going over my picks from last weeks article and analyzing how I did with my picks. To get to Week 7’s start/sit picks just go to the next slide of the article).

Last Week’s Start ‘Em

New York Giants. Andre Williams. 5. player. 31. . RB

Andre Williams was a victim of some overall bad play by his teammates on Sunday Night Football. They got smacked in the mouth by a very good Philadelphia Eagles team, that ultimately left them having to throw the ball a lot. Williams ended the game with 5 fantasy points.

San Diego Chargers. Branden Oliver. 4. player. 13. . RB

Branden Oliver was the opposite of Andre Williams. His Chargers played well with the subpar Oakland Raiders, and he got 30 total touches in his first start of his career. If he can continue to get the opportunity, he needs to be a starter for your fantasy team. He ended up with 18 fantasy points in standard leagues.

Seattle Seahawks. Percy Harvin. 3. player. 36. . WR

Percy Harvin was a HUGE flop in Week 6. He had 3 catches for a total of ZERO yards. You didn’t read that wrong, ZERO yards. The Seahawks offense looked straight up awful against a less-than-stellar Dallas Cowboys defense in Week 6. Hopefully owners won’t have to deal with another performance like this from Harvin for the rest of the season.

Last Week’s Sit ‘Em

45. . RB. Denver Broncos. Ronnie Hillman. 2. player

Ronnie Hillman got a whopping 27 touches, which was about double what I thought he would get against a pretty good New York Jets run defense. He ended up getting to the 100 yard mark in the rushing game, and getting 11 total fantasy points in standard leagues.

player. 123. . WR. Dallas Cowboys. Terrance Williams. 1

Williams had his second worst fantasy performance to date, just scoring 7 points in standard leagues. Owners shouldn’t have been expecting much, as he was matched up with the Legion of Boom in Week 6. He should get back to form in the coming weeks.

This weeks I did mostly alright with my picks other than naming Percy Harvin as a start last week, but who knew? Anyways, here is my Week 7 Start ‘Em/Sit ‘Em picks for the 2014 NFL season (next slide please!).
