Fantasy Football Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em: Week 4

My START OF THE WEEK for Week 4 is RB Donald Brown. Brown is now basically the only proven RB that San Diego has left on their active roster, as Danny Woodhead and Ryan Matthews are injured. Woodhead has been place on Injured Reserve, and Matthews is doubtful to play in Week 4.

The downside about Brown is that he is averaging only 2.1 yards per carry on 40 carries this year, including 62 yards on 31 carries last week against Buffalo. But in Week 4, he plays the forever bad Jacksonville Jaguars defense.
Jacksonville is ranked dead last against the run in fantasy points allowed, allowing 29 points per game to RBs. If Matthews is indeed inactive for Week 4, Brown owners could be looking at this week’s Knile Davis.
He should get ample opportunity as he did last week, but is much more likely to capitalize against a struggling defense.
If you got him, start him.
Consider him a high-end flex play and a decent #2 RB for the desperate owners out there.
