Start ‘Em #1

Terrance West was one of the biggest surprises for fantasy owners in Week 1. He had 16 carries in Pittsburgh for a total of 100 yards and 10 fantasy points. The only downside of his week one performance that teammate Isaiah Crowell “vultured” two of his touchdowns while only getting 5 total touches.

The reason that West and Crowell got onto the field was that new starter Ben Tate sprained his knee early in the game. Tate has recently been ruled out for week two matchup against New Orleans, and West was given the nod by head coach Mike Pettine.

West and the Browns stay in Cleveland for a matchup with the Saints, who don’t have the strongest of running defenses. West should see around 20 touches and will most likely get a chance to score in week two (hopefully Crowell doesn’t get any goal line touches this week).

This means that West is nearly a must-start in fantasy for week two and should be started in all formats if you don’t own multiple top RBs.

Consider him a solid #2 RB for week two.
