Well, it’s September. Football is back and the NFL season is about to get underway. This past weekend was when many had their fantasy football drafts getting ready for Thursday night’s opening game, Packers vs. Seahawks.

With week one officially underway on Thursday, it’s now time to take a look at some start ’em, sit ’em projections.

Start ’em, sit ’em articles are written to attempt to find players that will stand out that normally are don’t, and those who will be subpar who are normally starting caliber fantasy options.

I will not tell you to start Jamaal Charles, or sit Tim Tebow, as that is much too obvious (hopefully none of you have Tim Tebow on your rosters, as he is owned in 1.3% of ESPN Fantasy leagues even though he’s not on an NFL roster…).

The goal of the article is to give owners some insight to players that they have stashed away on their bench, that they may have overlooked when setting their lineup, as well as the opposite with a player that was put in the starting lineup without much thought because of their track record.

So here we go, the  start ’em, sit ’em for week one of the 2014 NFL season!
