51. . RB. St. Louis Rams. Tre Mason. 9. player

Tre Mason is one of the most intriguing players on this list.

After a very, VERY, successful junior season at Auburn Mason decided to test the waters of the NFL and found himself being drafted by the St. Louis Rams. While Zac Stacy is undoubtedly their work horse, the Rams have reason to believe that Tre Mason could make a big impact for them this year, especially with the recent loss of Sam Bradford for the whole season.

Mason is reliable in pass protection meaning he will find his way onto the field more often than you think. He also runs with a powerful style and isn’t afraid of contact. Those traits alone make him an effective back, especially on the goal line, in the NFL.

According to ESPN, he’s only on 21.8% of peoples rosters across their networks, almost certainly making him available for the taking. His value is a little higher now because of the loss of Bradford but, his number of touches will be effected by Stacy.

Still, you have to like what this kid brings to the table and we could see him playing very important role’s to the Rams offense as early as weeks 2-and-3. Keep him in your back pocket for as long as you can.
