Fantasy Football Rookies: 7 Rookies You Should Target in 2014

Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Marqise Lee comes in at #6 on my top rookies list. Lee, viewed by many as a 1st round talent, fell to the 2nd round, where the Jaguars were happy to take him with the 39th pick of the draft.
Lee’s best season in college came in 2012, when he won the Fred Biletnikoff Award last year, an award given to the most outstanding receiver in the NCAA. In 2012, he had 118 receptions for 1721 yards, including 21 touchdowns. Lee could have put up similar numbers in 2013, but he suffered a knee injury that kept him out of a couple games.
Nonetheless, Lee is now in Jacksonville, a team that needs receivers. Veteran Justin Blackmon was suspended for the entire 2014 season, and Cecil Shorts has not proven he can take over as a #1 receiver.
Lee’s only problem is his quarterback. Neither Chad Henne nor Blake Bortles are good quarterbacks at this time, and their play will hold Lee back. If the quarterback play improves in Jacksonville, Lee will be seeing the end zone very often.
