Coming in at #7 is Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles. Foles replaced the injured Michael Vick, starting the final 10 games. Foles never looked back, and never did Philadelphia, who got rid of Vick and made Foles their full-time starter.

Foles lost his best receiver in DeSean Jackson, but he still has plenty of options. Receiver Jeremy Maclin missed last season with a torn ACL, but he is healthy and  ready to go. Riley Cooper had a career year last year, and he should continue to play well.

The Eagles went out and drafted Jordan Matthews out of Vanderbilt, and Matthews could be a difference maker for Foles and Philadelphia. Matthews rewrote the history books in Nashville, and he has the talent to do the same in Philadelphia.

The thing that makes Foles so valuable is his lack of interceptions. In 10 starts, he only threw two picks. That is huge, as each interception is usually -2 points for your fantasy team. While it is unknown what Foles can do in a full season, there is no doubt that Foles will produce when you need him to.
