Starting the list off at #10 is Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan. The Falcons struggled last year after some key injuries, but they appear to be back and as good as ever. Part of that reason is Ryan and the Falcon’s passing offense.

Before last season, Ryan was consistently a Top 10 fantasy quarterback. Part of the reason that changed in 2013 was the injuries to recievers Julio Jones and Roddy White. With no one else to throw to besides an old Tony Gonzalez and a unexperienced Harry Douglas, it was hard to have a successful campaign.

However, White and Jones will be back in 2014, and will provide Ryan some better options in the passing game. Jones is a top 10 receiver, and will instant upgrade Ryan’s play.

The problem for Ryan this year will be his lack of end zone targets. Gonzalez led the team with eight touchdowns last year, and he will leave a big hole to fill. Free agent signing Bear Pascoe was brought in to replace Gonzalez, but we’ll have to see if he proves to be a dependable target.

If Ryan can find a reliable touchdown target, whether that will be Pascoe or someone else, expect Ryan to be a Top 10 quarterback once again.
