When it comes to the NFL, I have two teams that I am diehards of, the Kansas City Chiefs and the New Orleans Saints. Most people seem to think you can only have one favorite, but I don’t think that’s true at all.

  • I’ve lived in Kansas City my entire life, but I didn’t really start following the Kansas City Chiefs closely until about 10 years ago. The Chiefs, to put it nicely, haven’t always had the best of luck.

Yes, they have good seasons from time to time, but they haven’t had a playoff win since I was what, two years old? Doesn’t make for the most enjoyable time to have a team that doesn’t have postseason success.

The Saints have been my saving grace since I started following them when I was in high school. I loved Drew Brees when he was a Charger so when he made the move to New Orleans, I decided to start rooting for them. The Saints are almost always good, making it into the playoffs consistently and even winning a Super Bowl in 2010.
