Number 4: Marcus Allen
Marcus Allen joining the Chiefs is arguably the greatest division steal in NFL history. He established himself with the Raiders for 11 seasons before joining the Chiefs in 1993.
Washed up and tossed to the curb, Allen found his way to Kansas City seeking to prove the doubters wrong. He did just that.
The 1993 season turned out to be one of his best, as he earned himself NFL Comeback Player of the Year. Allen ran for over 700 yards (something he hadn’t done since the 1988 season) and scored 15 touchdowns, the second most in his career.
The ageless Allen accounted for 4,851 yards in the five seasons he spent in KC (77 games total) which puts him in 7th place all time rushing in Chiefs history. He makes the top 5 alone because of his decision to snub the Raiders in favor of the Chiefs when he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.
