Lastly, these undrafted rookie free agent signings are very intriguing.

We all know that at least one of them is going to look good this weekend, but who? Like I mentioned before, John Dorsey signed two wide receivers in Albert Wilson and Darrly Surgent.

Reciever is a position that Chiefs fans wanted to see upgraded through the draft but that pick never came. In his pre-draft presser, Dorsey explained how deep this receiving class was,and apparently, he wasn’t kidding.

These two will for sure be pushing to make the team via special teams but, if one stands out enough when given the opportunity, they could be looking to press Weston Dressler or Junior Hemingway for that final receiver spot.

Another intriguing prospect is Kicker, Cairo Santos. Ryan Succop has been the Chiefs kicker since he was the final pick in the 2009 NFL draft (Mr. Irrelevant). However, his miss against San Diego to win the game was inexcusable and the Chiefs might want to create an open competition at kicker. That’ll be a story line we’ll have to keep our eye on.
