The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off an excellent turn-around season that included a playoff birth in the wild card round. With that success comes a much harder schedule than the previous year. Matter of fact, it’s the seventh hardest schedule based on the opponents winning percentages from 2013.

What I wanted to do is give a list of the toughest games the Chiefs will play in 2014. As we all know- unless you haven’t been paying attention- the Chiefs have to face the NFC West and the AFC East. They also have to face their traditional foes of the AFC West, which means the Chiefs will play all four teams that played in the conference championship games. Sheesh.

Andy Reid and company need to get their roster up to par if they want to continue to make their run towards the play-offs and ultimately, the Super Bowl. The NFL hasn’t announced times and dates for the schedules yet, as they will do so in April, so I can only speculate on whether or not the games will be prime time or not.
