The NFL draft is only a few months away and the Kansas City Chiefs will be on the clock before we know it. Mock drafts are popping up all over the internet, and It’s time for KCKingdom to give you a Kansas City Chiefs mock draft for 2014.

I will be taking you through all six of the Chiefs picks using Fanspeak.com’s awesome mock draft simulator. The simulator combines prospect rankings with each teams needs in order to determine what position they will draft in each round.

I’ve done three simulations, only to test how much change actually occurs from draft-to-draft. In all three of mine, the same couple of players the Chiefs will likely be targeting in the first round were usually there at number 23.

I drafted based on the Chiefs needs on both sides of the ball and best player available. After were done going through the list, I’ll give you a link to the simulator and you can do a quick mock draft of your own. I highly recommend it for those of you who are draft junkies.
