Last off season, Dorsey traded Javier Arenas for fullback Anthony Sherman. The role player did what was asked of him every game out. He is a good blocker, and he ended up catching 18 passes for 155 yards and a touchdown.

This is a prime example of what John Dorsey is capable of – finding something for nothing. Sherman is not a star but he is a fantastic piece to the overall puzzle.

He also provided us with one of the more memorable photos of the season as he goes airborne against the Browns.
