Marqise Lee is one of the best talents in this draft, as NFLDraftscout.com has him as the 17th overall prospect, meaning he likely wont fall as far as 23, but you never know.
At 6’0, 195 pounds- Lee could’ve easily been a top ten pick in the 2013 draft but opted to come back to USC for his junior year. Lee finished 2012 with 1,712 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns- helping to earn him he Biletnikoff Award as the top receiver in the nation. He battled injuries, young quarterback play, and a coaching circus during 2013 that all contributed to his lack of production as a junior.
He finished with only 57 receptions for 791 yards and four touchdowns in 2013 but is still valued as first-round talent. The Chiefs would absolutely love to see this kid fall right into their laps or, perhaps, he slip into the late teens and the Chiefs make a move to get him.
