The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off one of the best turnarounds in NFL history, and a lot of the credit is going to the 8 Pro-Bowl players on the roster and rightfully so. It would be easy to make a top ten player list for the Chiefs, ending with the obvious selection of Jamaal Charles at number one.

The objective of this top ten list is to shed some light on those players who weren’t always talked about. The guys who contributed all season long in big ways, but were often over looked because of the other players’ production. The fact there is even an idea for a top ten, other than the obvious choices, speaks volumes about how much talent was on the Chiefs roster this season.

In case you missed the first part of the list, lets do a quick recap of numbers 10 through 6. You can read the whole break down and analysis right here.

Remember, this list is composed of the role players, and not the superstars. Initial reactions received from the first half of the list were; One, it’s hard to disagree with the names so far, and two, Geoff Schwartz deserves to be higher. Schwartzy probably was one of the better role players the Chiefs had this season and deserves consideration to be the starter at guard moving forward. Either way, his importance clearly made an impact which is why he made the top ten list in the first place.

The top 5 is very debatable, as is the entire list, but most will agree with the following choices. Click next to start the count down of the top 5.
