Johnny Manziel is good at football in a way that would probably anger just about every NFL coach. He seems destined to be an Oakland Raider in way few other college players have been in a while. It should be exciting to watch him make his coach’s head explode four or five times a week.
For now he is still at Texas A&M, leading the offense to tremendous heights. Fortunately the defense decided to show up this week as well, limiting a Vanderbilt team that is pretty solid on offense to just 329 total offensive yards and 24 points. Most impressively, A&M held Vandy to just 2.2 yards per carry, which has been A&M biggest weakness this season.
If the Aggies can carry the running game success over to the LSU and Missouri games at the end of the season, then a 10-win season isn’t out of the question.
