KC KINGDOM: This is just an estimate, but it appears there are 483 people on the Raiders injury list. Is there a feeling this team would be better than 2-3 if they were healthier? What are the chances you can get players like Darren McFadden and Tony Pashos back by Sunday?

RUTTIG: Well if it wasn’t for a missed Janikowski FG against the Colts and Pryor’s concussion the Raiders would likely be 4-1. Combine that with the loss of almost a full offensive line and this Raiders team that was expected to be one of the worst teams in the league have been shocking experts around the league each week. So of course naturally it is easy to point at that and say that Oakland would likely be thinking playoffs early here if it wasn’t for those injuries (especially the Redskins loss where Matt Flynn was appallingly bad) but at the end of the day 2-3 is still a good record for this team based on preseason evaluations.
