BREAKING NEWS: A Kansas Jayhawks wide receiver has caught a touchdown pass.
For the first time since October 22, 2011, the Jayhawks box score includes a wide receiver credited with a receiving touchdown. Justin McCay’s touchdown reception from Jake Heaps was one of the highlights of Kansas’ 31-14 win over South Dakota. The win snaps KU’s 11-game losing streak.
KU is now 1-0 on the season.
