4) Torrey Smith, WR, Baltimore
Smith has been remarkably consistent in his first 2 seasons with the Ravens. He had 50 catches in 20111, 49 in 2012. He went for 841 receiving yards in 2011, 855 in 2012. He produced 7 touchdowns his rookie season, 8 last year. All of those are pretty decent fantasy numbers. Smith appears to be a player poised to take the next step up in production. If you draft him late as a third or fourth receiver, he will probably be a solid back-up who will match his previous total, at the very least. I love Smith as a possibility in the later rounds. Nothing flashy here, just solid consistency with a bunch of upside.
