9) Greg Olsen, TE, Carolina
Did you know Greg Olsen had the 4th most yards receiving out of all tight ends last season? With 69 catches in 2012, he obviously has Cam Newton‘s trust. Olsen is not a household name so he probably won’t be one of the first few tight ends selected. Keep him on your radar and if you get into the 12th, 13th, 14th rounds, and Olsen is still there, garb him. You might just get a ton of production from a lesser name. With 5 touchdowns, Olsen was 10th in the league in scoring among tight ends. So to recap – 4th in yards, 6th in catches, and tied for 10th in touchdowns. If you get him later in the draft, you will have found a productive tight end.
