10) Joique Bell, RB, Detroit

Bell displayed some impressive skills during his rookie season with the Lions, and this year he will be the primary back-up to Reggie Bush. Bell put up 900 yards in total offense in 2012 with little opportunity. Bush has had some issues with health over the years and he is returning to a turf field, so there may be an opportunity to get Bell the ball more in offense. He is an explosive runner who averaged 5.3 a carry last season, and he can catch the ball. Draft him late, especially if you have Bush. You may not lose much if Bush gets hurt, and you have to insert Bell into your lineup.
