8) Frank Gore
Gore has to be getting toward the end of his productive years as he enters his thirties. He has rushed for over 1,000 yards in 6 of his last 7 seasons so he has been as dependable as they come. There is a lot of mileage on these wheels but that proven history is hard to overlook when seeking a running back. He also gets his fair share of touchdowns and receptions. The biggest problem with Gore is he could start declining at any time and when backs start to slip, they generally fade away pretty quick. Don’t draft him too early on his name alone, but if he is still there in the second round, pounce on him. I think he has one more good year left.
